you only have to look at the evolution of the concept of beauty over time, to realize you never really get it done. you’ll never run out of ideas and things to do, and ways to improve everything that ever existed under the sun. rules and standards are temporary, the waves of inspiration and possibility never subside.

…it wasn’t the object, it was the light through it.
If you put 10 photographers in the same room and give the same type of camera and a glass on a table, and tell them to take a picture, you will get 10 different ways in which you can see that glass.
We all have a different relation with light. Some like it dim, some like it bright, some like clear details, some only live for the trails of movement, others will choose the most unrecognizable angle of that object, just to play with your mind.
In the end, what we choose to see and to remember about it – is what we think is the truth.
Light becomes the intersection between our perspectives and a global language for our subjectivity.
Little sleep, many ideas, not too much time to prepare.
Two people, myself and a very good friend of mine, one camera, coffee and lots of takes. I usually wear glasses, but we decided we should shoot without them.
The set fell two times, my system crashed before I almost finished the final edit of the video, and I had to redo the whole thing all over again.
So, after what seemed like forever, here’s the result:
Thank you Alex.
